Erin Loucks originally moved to Newtown in 1991. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2019, when she moved back to town to raise her family.

Before real estate, Erin spent many years working professionally in musical theater and dance on both coasts. When she is not selling houses, Erin and her husband Ryan are the proud owners of Newtown Stage Company. She loves being a part of the Newtown community, alongside her husband, her two children and their dog. Outside of the theater company and real estate, Erin is the PTA President at her daughter’s school. You may find Erin and her husband playing around Newtown with their band, rae.

Her favorite thing about real estate is guiding people through the important (and often intimidating) decision and process of homebuying and getting to know her clients!
